REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All sale, promotional, and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every product undergoes a thorough inspection before shipping. If, despite our best efforts, you receive a defective or an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost. To ensure a fair exchange, even if the item is incorrect or defective, we cannot accept the item if it has been worn or removed from its original packaging. To process your return or exchange, we might ask you to provide some personal details for verification.
Please note, for unwanted or non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for the R90 courier fee both ways (R135 for outlying areas).
GIFT CARDS:
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange gift cards.
EARRINGS:
To maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards for our customers, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
BANGLES AND NECKLACES:
We understand that sometimes purchases don't work out as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll do our best to make it right. If the item is faulty, we'll replace it or offer a store credit. For non-faulty items, we can provide a store credit or exchange for an item of equal value. We cannot accept the item if it has been worn or removed from its original packaging.
RINGS:
To ensure you get the perfect fit, please refer to our ring sizing guide before placing your order. If you accidentally order the wrong size, we'll gladly exchange it. We cannot accept the item if it has been worn or removed from its original packaging.
A “Faulty or Defective Product” is one which contains material flaws in the materials used to create the jewellery, such as cracks, chips, loose stones, broken clasps, or unevenly soldered components.
Our stainless steel jewellery is designed to be tarnish-free. With proper care, it should maintain its lustre.
To ensure your jewellery lasts as long as possible, avoid exposing it to:
- Dishwashing soap
- Lotion
- Hair products
- Jewellery cleaners
- Harsh chemicals
- Skin oils

All online returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed. Original shipping fees are not refunded when items are returned for change of mind reasons.
